This is what happens when you run out of food....

Swiss meringue butter cream frosting! I only needed five ingredients - egg whites 5, 1 cup of sugar, pinch of salt, 2 sticks of butter and 1 tsp of vanilla. Thankfully I only hogged down 3 eggs for breakfast or I would have been screwed :)

Lots and lots of frosting - I will be making a cake to go with this when I get some more eggs...
